Who is in charge? The technology or the user?
When it comes to technology or the user, the user is in charge. The user is in charge for many reasons. One of those reasons is because technology without people is nothing. Technology can only be helpful if the person who is using it knows how to work with it. Technology is not smarter than the user that is using it. Technology may be fascinating and exciting stuff but the user is the one in carge.
